  • A minimum 48-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee

  • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes

  • Additional expenses (such as purchases made during shopping sessions) are the client's responsibility

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made with 48+ hours notice
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds are provided for completed services
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your preferences, budget, and requirements
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments
  • Treat our staff and partner boutique personnel with respect
  • Follow boutique policies and guidelines during shopping sessions
  • Be responsible for your personal belongings during services
  • Make final purchasing decisions independently

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vibra Current and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

  • Product quality or defects from third-party retailers
  • Third-party pricing or availability
  • Actions or policies of third-party businesses
